ORDER FULFILLMENT

Fresh Exchange and our team will process your online order within 2-5 days once your order has been made. If you'd like your order faster, please contact us at shop@thefreshexchange.com

RETURN POLICY

Our biggest hope is that you love whatever you receive from Fresh Exchange, but we know that sometimes things aren't what you expected. That said, we offer a 30 day exchange or return policy for items in their original condition. Before returning any item please contact us at shop@thefreshexchange.com and let us know what we will be needing to process.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via traceable USPS, FedEx, or UPS and insured. The Fresh Exchange is not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us to see about filing a claim. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Fresh Exchange ships internationally. Know that orders can take 5-7 business days to arrive after shipped. So for some customers this could be nearly 12 days to receive your package.
